RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We manufacture our socks with the confidence that they will fit you well, so if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. When you buy at Hoof, we provide you 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused with labels and packaging intact, in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method used when you placed your order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow our simple instructions to return your order.
Return Process Instructions
1. Place the items in your package.
2. Print your return label and include it in your package.
3. Drop off the package at your nearest post office and send it to the address below.
4. Keep the proof of your return for tracking purposes.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
